Can you believe that yesterday it was a year since I started at the gym?

    I was thinking about how much I missed my exercise bike the other day too, just can’t do much for a while.

    and my phone is a Samsung S5600. She is lovely, all touch screen and nice little camera on there. Will update later with new pic.

      I can’t believe I’v managed to stick to the gym for a whole 365 days. You know what I’m like with my fads. But this time I’ve beaten my critics (sister!).
